Serving folks like you since 1959, Asbury, Inc. is a regional network of not-for-profit retirement and long-term care communities, affiliated with the Holston Conference of the United Methodist Church. For your well-being, we are dedicated to:

  • Provide a safe, clean and comfortable environment.
  • Treat our residents, employees and visitors with dignity and respect.
An empowerment model that leads to employee growth and satisfaction means that the approximately 450 staff members are dedicated to ensuring each resident is offered freedom and security, with compassion. And residents have the opportunity to be part of the community management team.

There are five accredited continuing care retirement communities in Tennessee and three of those are Asbury communities.

Asbury, Inc. is a 501(c)(3) not-for-profit organization and operates annually on a budget of approximately $31 million. The majority of our revenue comes from residents through Medicaid and Medicare reimbursements and private insurance. Please call or email us for more information on making a donation.


What We Do

We support you in living as independently as possible. We take care of the little things, so you can enjoy all the great things about life. Our focus is on the individual resident’s needs, wants, and desires.

Our mission is to offer a complete continuum of quality care and services at each of our locations. These include Independent Living, Assisted Living and Personal Services, Nursing Facility, and Skilled Nursing Facility. For active residents with a full social calendar, or those that want to take things more slowly, our varying levels of service and activities accommodate each resident's lifestyle.
