Brand-new St. Clair Apartments soon to arrive at Asbury Place Maryville

MARYVILLE, TN – December 11, 2009 – Asbury, Inc. unveiled its plans for campus-wide expansion at Asbury Place Maryville today. The plans include 48 new residential apartment homes, a new Wellness Center and Dining Room, and renovations to the existing Clubhouse. The additions will not only enhance the natural beauty of the 40-acre property but also enable the Asbury Place to better carry out its mission of helping members to live full, active lives.

The St. Clair Apartments at Asbury Place will range in size from 900 to more than 1700 square feet, and residents will have the choice of 1, 2 or 3-bedroom floor plans with walk-in closets, full kitchens, telephone, internet and cable hookups, built-in garbage disposals, dishwashers, washers and dryers and central heating and air. Other features include choice of interior colors, window treatments, skylights on upper floors, pocket doors, tray ceilings, optional fireplaces, smoke detection and sprinklers, screened porches, elevators, and under building garages with automatic door openers.

The apartment homes are just the beginning of Asbury’s vision for enhancing the retirement lifestyle.

Asbury Place has also made plans to renovate the existing Clubhouse and build a new Wellness Center and Dining Room. Member-centered wellness programs will address the many aspects of successful aging, and the café will feature bistro-style cuisine with private dining by reservation. These services and amenities were designed to keep members connected with friends and neighbors.
