Health Care Center

The Health Care Center at Asbury Place Johnson City is committed to making your stay as healthy and comfortable as possible. Our professional staff is fully trained to deliver complete supportive services for our residents' needs. These include physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, and rehabilitative therapy delivered through our 24-hour licensed senior nursing services.

Through individualized care plans, we also help residents work through post-operative and post-event rehabilitative care, with a focus on returning our residents to the greatest level of well-being possible. Outstanding dementia care is available to assist with memory impairment and its physical side effects. It is always our goal to help residents achieve the greatest degree of independence possible.

Medicare-certified accommodations are available at Asbury Place Johnson City, and our 24-hour security features an urgent response system to always be ready to meet our residents' medical needs. We offer comfortable accommodations, with private and semi-private rooms. And, because we understand the value of continuing daily hygiene routines and the benefit they have on residents' morale and spirit, we also have beautician and barber services available. We care about your mental, physical, spiritual, and intellectual well-being.
